We offer a 14 day return policy on all unused merchandise (other than limited edition or on sale items). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for shipping out any replacements, other than for incorrect or defective items. We require that you contact us at orders@overheardla.com to get an RMA number for any returns.
Limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, take a photo showing the issue and send it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in as-new condition with a printed receipt.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to work alongside our Head of Sales to drive revenue for the expanding Overheard business. The position is perfect for an entrepreneurial, creative, social-first seller with a successful track record of growing revenue, exceeding goals, and fostering client relationships.

Sales Team

<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
<ul><li>Work alongside our Head of Sales to manage the full sales cycle on all Overheard platform content for inbound and new outbound opportunities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Achieve and surpass individual sales and team revenue sales goals and build a runway for significant year-over-year growth</li><li>Respond to and manage inbound leads from RFP to submission and work closely cross department on launch and wrap</li><li>Work strategically to prospect new clients that align with the Overheard brand tone</li><li>Renew existing client partners and form long-term partnerships vs one-off campaign collaborations</li><li>Build strategic tiered custom media plans and proposal decks for clients across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, text, newsletters, podcasts, and events</li><li>Confidently negotiate RFP pricing, terms and conditions </li><li>Stay current with all social media emerging trends and best practices</li></ul>

<h2>QUALIFICATIONS</h2>
<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years digital media experience across planning and sales support teams, with at least 1 year of direct sales experience for custom social-first content</li><li>Deep understanding of media sales terms and formulas like CPMS, impressions, CTR, etc.</li><li>Experience building strategic and creative tiered media plans to craft both standard and complex proposals</li><li>Excellent client relationships with a focus on retaining / growing existing clients and converting new business </li><li>Extremely organized and excellent proposal writing and proposal presentation skills, especially for larger multi-platform and strategic opportunities</li><li>Loves social-first content, strategizing ways to continuously improve products and sales partnership packages, and making a cultural impact on and off social</li><li>Creative spirit and sense of humor welcomed</li><li>Overheard is local and city specific, so you’ll need to be plugged into city trends and culture in LA and NY. Job Description 
Overheard is looking for a Social Media Manager to help manage our portfolio of popular social media accounts. In this role, you’ll help us set and enforce our posting strategy across our wide variety of social pages (including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and more). You’ll determine our posting schedule, be responsible for community engagement, and generally make sure our accounts are the best home for the witty, irreverent, and always clever content our creative team makes. 
This role is eligible for remote work, but we’re ideally looking for someone in the Los Angeles or New York areas, who knows those cities well, and who can occasionally work out of our offices. This role will report to the Head of Content.

Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Develop, implement, and execute our social media posting strategy</li><li>Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule for all accounts, and communicate it clearly to our creative team</li><li>Update social media content across all channels across various time zones</li><li>Engage with Overheard’s audiences in a way that feels authentic and on-brand </li><li>Communicate proactively with the rest of the Overheard team, flagging social trends, growth areas and notable performance data</li><li>Define social best practices and opportunities, and help optimize content for audience growth and engagement </li><li>Actively work toward helping OH grow its audience and its reach</li><li>Use your knowledge of social media KPIs to set informed benchmarks</li><li>Assisting in formatting posts across static and video content</li><li>Coordinating with external accounts as needed (shares, collabs, partnerships, etc.)</li><li>Share weekly performance reports with the creative team with clear takeaways and recommendations </li><li>Occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed, given the nature of social media</li></ul>
Qualifications

Social Media Manager

Job Description:
Overheard is looking for a Writer/Creative to work on our branded content across social platforms and print. We’re looking for a witty, sarcastic, cosmopolitan writer who can highlight the ridiculousness that sometimes comes along with living in some of the world’s greatest cities (with an emphasis on Los Angeles and New York). While the person in this role needs to have outstanding writing skills, you also need to be able to adapt those skills to a variety of mediums (ex. question prompts for word on-the-street interviews, articles for promotional newspapers, scripts for reel videos, pitch decks for RFPs, etc.). This person will collaborate with the rest of the Overheard team to ideate and execute branded campaigns and may also contribute to editorial content. 
This role is eligible for remote work, but we’re ideally looking for someone in the Los Angeles or New York areas so you can occasionally work out of our offices. This role will report to the Head of Content.

Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Create a variety of content — ranging from Instagram carousels to newspaper stories to videos and more </li><li>Work with the branded and creative teams on everything from pre-sale brainstorms through post-sale execution and editorial content </li><li>Ability to take feedback/edits gracefully and independently revise content to meet client and brand needs</li><li>Ensure that voice and tone always match the OH brand and that every piece of content aligns with our brand/mission </li><li>Understanding client needs and transform them into content that satisfies our audience and keeps them engaged </li><li>Develop concepts for all kinds of branded projects, and see the creative through from start to finish </li><li>Contribute to editorial content when not working on branded campaigns </li></ul>
Qualifications 
<ul><li>4+ years as a writer at an established media brand or similar organization </li><li>Stellar writing skills, with a funny, sarcastic, clever voice that will easily adapt itself to the Overheard brand</li><li>Intimate knowledge of culture in Los Angeles and/or New York — from Erewhon to Sant Ambroeus</li><li>An understanding off, appreciation for, and ability to emulate the Overheard POV</li><li>Experience writing for a digital audience </li><li>Familiarity with all social media platforms and performance best practices</li><li>Strong editorial judgment and organizational skills, and an ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to deliver content on tight deadlines </li><li>Willingness to work an occasional night or weekend for projects with quick turnarounds</li><li>An understanding of brand-client relationships, and a willingness to create content that pleases clients while protecting Overheard’s editorial quality</li><li>Willingness to take a short edit test so we can assess your writing skills</li></ul>
